Everyday we sit for as long as 10 hour clicking the mouse or touchpad at least 5000 times. During this time, we are also affected by the blue screen light we are constantly looking at from early morning until we are going to bed.
So, it is important for us to know how to set up or adjust our chair, desk, monitor, keyboard and other devices we are working with to avoid unnecessary back pains, eye strains, headaches, and so on. Also, this helps us to be more productive, happier, more relaxed and better fit.
It is critical to take the first step in understanding that no matter our age or health state, hours spent sitting at a computer have a negative effect on our body. Then, the second step is to seek active solutions to offset at least a little for all the sitting that we do everyday.
