I take a holistic approach to treating the patient. From the supportive base of the soles of the feet, through overall posture, to more complex movement patterns. I then choose the most suitable combination of education, manual therapy, and movement training tailored to the patient’s needs. I am still fascinated by how a complex problem becomes simple once we find the right solution.

In my work, I combine various approaches to precisely target the therapy. When treating the pelvic area, I use both external and internal techniques – such as the methodology of Ludmila Mojžíšová or screening of pelvic floor muscle strength. For post-surgical conditions and scar therapy, I apply manual techniques from visceral manipulation.

In addition to treating common musculoskeletal pain and post-surgical conditions, I specialize in urogynecological issues and truly enjoy working with women. I would be happy to accompany you not only through pregnancy and childbirth preparation, but also whenever you need support before or after, as life unfolds.
