Mgr. Kateřina Prokopová

I encountered physiotherapy for the first time as a patient when I was quite young. It helped me recover after several injuries. I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare and after this experience I realized that I wanted to become a physiotherapist.

In my therapy I use elements of developmental kinesiology – especially the method of Acral Coactivation Therapy, elements of Ludmila Mojžíšová’s method, sensorimotor exercises, elements of yoga and kinesiotaping. I like to deal with issues related to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and women’s health physiotherapy.

I am fulfilled by working with motivated and joyful clients who want to be in good shape and full of energy. Mutual trust and the application of a bio-psycho-social approach are important to me because our health goes hand in hand with physical condition, proper nutrition and a positive approach to life.
