Mgr. Karel Kupec

I have been working in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation since 2010. I am a graduate of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the Charles University. I specialize in working with adult and child athletes and ambulatory patients with chronic problems, after injuries and surgeries.

I approach each client individually and choose therapy according to their possibilities and requirements. In my therapy, I apply developmental kinesiology and Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization according to Kolář, in which I am a certified DNS therapist, kinesiotaping, sports fixation taping and, last but not least, mobilization and soft techniques.

The quality of movement and the conscious application of learned movement stereotypes to everyday and sports movement behavior are important to me.

There is always room for improvement and I believe that our joint cooperation will bring the desired results.
