I like to tailor my therapies based on each individual. Every one of us leads a different life with different daily activities, and have our own specific expectations or needs from the therapy. That’s why I believe that an active cooperation and communication are necessary between the client and the physiotherapist to reach the given goals.
Based on my sports hobbies and previous working experience, a large number of my clients are sport enthusiasts and professional athletes. During my therapies, I like to use a combination of different techniques from manual therapy, compensatory and stability exercises, to functional training. My main focus is the the active component of the therapy, where I like to emphasize on the quality of movement and correct execution.
I’m continuously improving my skills to help my clients most effectively. I take part in a variety of courses, and I’m currently studying a Master’s degree in Sports Sciences at a Swedish University in Östersund. Furthermore I cooperate with various sports clubs and Charles university in providing clinical internships for students.
