During the therapies I am trying to bring my patients to a better understanding of their body. I encourage my patients to embrace this ability to help themselves and be in charge of their own health.
One of my biggest focuses in therapy is working in the area of pelvic health and issues related such as difficulties during pregnancy and menstrual pain. I use the Ludmila Mojžíšová method, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization and other pelvic floor rehabilitation techniques. Apart from that I have long-term experience with post surgery and post injury recovery and equipping my clients with effective ways on how to compensate in sports activities or sedentary jobs.
Working at Psychosomatic Clinic at Prague 6 and further education in e.g. psychomotor therapy gave me a great base for complex approach and patient-oriented care helping me understand the role of the patient’s personality in the whole therapeutic process.
I enjoy teaching ergonomics seminars and workshops in corporate companies where we show people how to stay fit and healthy despite having sedentary jobs. My interests lie also in improving healthcare system efficiency and telemedicine.
