In my work, I aim to guide clients in understanding the underlying causes of the difficulties that bring them to therapy.
Every person’s story is unique, which is why I always look for individual solutions that respect both the needs of the body and the client’s life situation.
My approach combines manual therapy with active movement-based treatment, with a strong focus on helping clients understand what is happening in their bodies. My goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but also to help clients feel more confident in their movement and leave therapy with practical tools they can use in their everyday lives.
In addition to general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I specialize in uro-gynecological
physiotherapy. I support the body through different stages of life—whether managing pain, recovering after surgery, or navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period.
